Quick, delicious and healthy Indian style french fries made in Air Fryer. These fries are a very healthy version to traditional fries, without compromising on taste. Indian spices give these fries a spicy taste. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise 
2 TBSP oil 
1 TBSP coriander powder 
1 TSP turmeric powder 
1/2 TBSP red chili powder (as per taste) 
1/2 TBSP dry mango powder/ amchur powder 
Salt to taste

Instructions for Air Frying:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add cut potato, oil, dry spices, mix well. 
Step 2: Spray the Air Fryer basket with some cooking spray. Layer the basket with the potato. 
Step 3: Turn on Air Fryer, set the temperature to 400*F for 20 min. Enjoy!!
