Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ tablespoon red chili powder (as per taste)
½ tablespoon dry mango powder/ amchur powder
Salt to taste

Instructions for Air Frying:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add cut potato, oil, dry spices, mix well.
Step 2: Spray the Air Fryer basket with some cooking spray. Layer the basket with the potato.
Step 3: Turn on Air Fryer, set the temperature to 400*F for 20 min. Enjoy!!
