Notes

Pro Tips

  • Use High-Quality Chocolate: Choose your favorite chocolate for the best flavor. Dark chocolate pairs wonderfully with the tanginess of yogurt.
  • Add Coconut Oil: The addition of a coconut oil to the melted chocolate ensures a smooth and easy dip, while freezing the yogurt mixture keeps it light and refreshing.
  • Customize Sweetness: Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste. You can also use honey or maple syrup instead of agave.
  • Chill the Clusters Well: Make sure to freeze the clusters until firm for the best texture.

Variations and Substitutions

  • Fruit Swap: Feel free to swap strawberries for other berries, like blueberries or raspberries, for a different flavor profile.
  • Add Nuts: Top your yogurt clusters with chopped nuts or seeds before freezing for a crunchy twist.
  • Vegan Option: Use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate to make this recipe vegan-friendly.
