Air fryer Brussels sprouts are a delicious and healthy side dish that can be easily customized to your taste. They are a great addition to any meal and are sure to become a family favorite!
Rinse the Brussels sprouts and trim off the tough ends. Cut sprouts in half so that they are all roughly the same size. Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry them for 12-15 minutes or until they are slightly browned. Shake them halfway through.
Check the sprouts for doneness; they should be tender and lightly browned.
Serve hot and enjoy!
For extra flavor, mix a spoonful of your favorite seasoning into melted butter or ghee and brush overtop the Brussels sprouts for an extra flavor explosion.
Oven Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange Brussels Sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
Air Fry Frozen Brussels sprouts: When cooking frozen sprouts, use petite Brussels sprouts. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Arrange whole frozen sprouts in the air fryer basket, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. This will allow the excess moisture from the sprouts to evaporate. Please refer to the post for the following:
