Chocolate Fudge

Decadent Chocolate Fudge made with just a few ingredients. Quick and easy to make this homemade chocolate fudge is rich in chocolate flavor, perfect texture. Makes an excellent edible gifts or a simple treat.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Bittersweet chocolate baking bar, chopped
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon prepared instant coffee
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Grease the baking dish with some butter. Line the baking dish with some parchment paper.
  • Add 2 cups of water in the inner pot of Instant Pot. Now place a bowl on top of the Instant Pot.
  • Turn ON Instant Pot on saute mode (more). Add the chocolate, prepared coffee and condensed milk to a bowl. Mix until all the chocolate has melted, it will take around 4-5 minutes. Turn off Instant Pot.
  • Stir in vanilla extract. Remove the bowl from the heat.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a spatula, smooth the fudge surface.
  • Add any toppings of your choice – marshmallows, crushed peppermint candy, caramel bites.
  • Let the chocolate fudge cool completely for around 1-2 hours.
  • Once cooled, cut the chocolate fudge into desired pieces.
  • Store it in an air-tight container in a refrigerator.
