Ingredients:
14 oz, Firm Tofu, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium onion, sliced lengthwise
2 TBSP chili garlic sauce (as per taste)
Handful of peanuts (optional)
2 dry red chili
3 TBSP oil
Salt to taste

Instructions for Stove Top Cooking:
Step 1: In a non-stick pan, on a high heat, add oil, tofu, fry till light golden brown. Add salt to taste. 
Step 2: Add dry red chili, onion, saute for 2-3 min, until onion are soft and translucent.
Step 3: Add chili garlic sauce, peanuts, mix well. Serve hot. Enjoy!!

Note(s):
        1.     Use firm tofu for this recipe.
        2.       Adjust the spiciness as per taste, add more chili garlic paste if desired.
