Matar Pulao / Green Peas Pilaf

Green peas pilaf or matar pulao is a dish originating from Indian subcontinent. This recipe is made using aromatic premium quality Basmati rice, peas, onion, sauted with some whole spices, which brings out the aroma and flavor to this simple and flavorful rice recipe. Enjoy!

I like to serve this peas pilaf with some spinach channa lentil, and some garlic okra fry. Absolutely love this meal combo.
